DESCRIPTION

Lodging located 5 km from Carcabuey , in the center of the Natural Park of the Sierras Subbéticas Cordobesas , next to a spring and at the foot of the mountains, ideal for large groups and to make walks in the surroundings.

Establishment formed by 2 parts that will be occupied together or only one of them depending on the number of occupants. It consists of a part with 13 places and another with 4+1 places.

Up to 4 places, the smallest unit will be occupied, from 5 to 13 places the largest part will be occupied (we will close the rooms that are not necessary), and from 13 to 17 the entire house will be occupied.

The smallest unit of 4 + 1 seats has an independent access on the ground floor although you can communicate with the other unit internally. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility, and there is no step in the whole unit or in the nearby entertainment area, you can even access the pool without any obstacle. It has 1 room with 2 beds of 0.90X1.90 m, and another room adapted for people with reduced mobility (0.82 cm door) with a double bed of 1.50x1.90 m; bathroom with large shower and bar for people with reduced mobility in toilet and shower; living room with air conditioning of 25 m2 plus firewood fireplace with which all rooms are heated, sofa bed in L for 2 seats, table with 6 seats; American kitchen with electric hob, oven, 6-seater dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, smart TV, blender, TASSIMO capsule coffee machine, toaster and kitchenware for 6 people.

The larger unit is distributed over two floors and can be connected internally with the small unit through the area of the stack room and corridor to the bathroom.It has 13 + 3 seats , American kitchen with ceramic hob, toaster, dishwasher, blender, oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and a freezer; living room with fireplace, tables and chairs for 12 people, 2-seater sofa, 2 wooden armchairs and 2 rocking chairs; laundry room with washing machine; 3 double bedrooms (one with 1 bed of 1.50x1.90 m and possibility of placing 1 extra bed, with air conditioning); 2 bedrooms with 1.35 x 1.90 m bed, one of them with air conditioning; 1 bedroom with fireplace and air conditioning for 3 single beds where you can place 3 extra beds; 1 bedroom with double bed on which there is a single bunk bed and another single bed with air conditioning.2 full bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. To access the different rooms there are several steps to save the different slopes that make up the 2 floors.

Outside we have large areas of shade under the branch of towering walnut trees where there are barbecue, table tennis, bullseye, jacuzzi for 6 people, a sink to wash by hand on the stone and a spring from which water flows Very refreshing and pure throughout the year.

Lawn area with more than 200 m2 around a large pool with slide of 9 + 18 m, sun beds and umbrellas.

We have a garden of 2 hectares with quinces and different fruit trees such as apples, nuts, pears, pomegranates, organic garden in summer, etc.

The house is ideal for large groups who want to relax or want to know some of the wonderful cities of Andalusia; for example Ronda, Antequera, Priego de Córdoba, Granada, Cordoba, Malaga, Jaén, Úbeda, Baeza or Seville; or to make excursions on foot or by bike from the same house, since it is located in the center of the Natural Park of the Sierras Subbéticas Cordobesas, and from the same house you can make many exits and routes.

You can call us at any time during your stay, or even before arriving at the house, we will be happy to solve any doubt or problem you have.

During your stay you can taste the exquisite white wine of the Montilla Moriles denomination, which we put at your disposal in a barrel in one of the coolest areas of the house, specifically in the storage room, which serves as a communication between the 2 units.

We can offer you a delicious paella, elaboration of tapas, homemade meals of the area, sweet crafts, etc ...

Take them to see the operation of some of the most important olive oil mills in the world that are located in our municipality. You can visit a factory where they make an exquisite traditional goat cheese.or visit any of the white wine cellars of the denomination Montilla-Moriles that are 30 km from the house.

Recommend some of the many routes on foot or by bicycle that can be made from there.

In season, we can offer the usual crops that occur in the area, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onions, cucumbers, aubergines, potatoes, etc ...

We usually spend a day or two around the house for stays of more than a week to clean the pool, water the plants and talk with the tenants.

It is an ideal place to organize a special celebration. We can hire a private chef for a party, a masseur for a day of pampering and even a bus trip to any of the nearby cities to attend a flamenco show. If you are looking to spend a special day to hold an event, we can also help you @.

There are a few tapas bars within walking distance of the house to go and experience the real Andalucia with a fantastic meal spiced with some of our good wines and oils.

VISITS TO LESS THAN ONE HOUR

Priego de Córdoba to 6 km , one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, where you can see the Barrio de la Villa, the Balcón del Adarve and the Fuente del Rey, Royal Butcher's Shop , Arab Castle from the 13th and 14th centuries or the monumentality of the best Andalusian Baroque in its churches such as the Church of the Assumption of the S XVI.

In Almedinilla to 14 km , you can visit one of the best preserved Roman Villas that exist in Andalusia as well as its Cacoman river ecomuseum, very close to the waterfalls of Cola de Caballo, and the Iberian settlement Cerro de la Cruz.

In the town of Cabra, 22 km from the house is the Infanta Margarita Regional Hospital, a city very rich in heritage , such as the Municipal Auditorium, Interpretation Center of the Train of the Oil, the Hermitage of the Virgin of the Sierra from where you can see a large part of Andalusia, or the Source of the River

Lucena, just 30 km from the house, offers many tourist attractions , from its history, represented in buildings such as the Castillo del Moral and the old palace of the Medinaceli, the Church of San Mateo , House of the Counts of Santa Ana or Casa de los Rico de Rueda, its artisan tradition, especially in goldsmithing and pottery, its gastronomy, of which they show their wines and, finally, your parties, you can also take a bike route from the old Tren del Aceite train station , where the green lane of the Subbética passes, one of the longest in Andalusia.

At 30 km is Alcalá la Real , where you can visit the monumental Fortress of La Mota, one of the most impressive and best preserved of Andalucia, along with its old area, enjoy its streets and monuments.
